The outer cover is easy to remove and can be washed in the washing machine at 30 C/ 86 F degrees Care and cleaning of buckwheat products is very simple. Blank covers can be washed in washing machine. The shells really require no cleaning, but if you want, you can refresh the buckwheat shells by freezing them for 24 hours or exposing them to sunlight, – put the shells in a laundry bag, preferably two … rinse them under running water – spread the shells on a sheet in the sun – still in the laundry bag (don’t want the wind to catch them…), The sun disinfects them and when they dry, they pull together and become like new.
