Rye Line

Rye Line pieces are not bags with interesting details. They are sculptural objects. Born from Portuguese craft tradition and completely reimagined by designer Elsa Peixoto. The construction technique and the final form are the same thing: velvet cord twisted into volume, wicker shaped into architecture, natural grass that catches light without ever being treated. Each piece enters a room before the person who carries it. Made once, by hand, never in a hurry.
