SAÉA is an independent San Diego studio making hand-carved natural stone home decor and gemstone jewelry in small batches. Our onyx vases, pedestal bowls, vessels, catchall trays and candle holders are carved from raw onyx sourced from Balochistan, Pakistan, by artisan families who have worked stone for generations, then finished by hand in San Diego with food-grade beeswax. No resin, no composites. No two pieces are alike. The jewelry pairs natural gemstones and real pearls with 14K gold-filled and sterling silver, made to wear through a Tuesday. SAÉA means shade, shelter and protection in Urdu. Artisans are paid fair, transparent wages, and every order ships plastic-free.
