Founded in Italy in 2018 by Massimiliano and Francesca, HEART and SOUL was born from a simple idea: to create garments made to stay. We design quiet premium activewear and athleisure for real daily life: from movement to rest, from sport to leisure, from the moment you slow down to the moment you feel present in your body again. Our pieces do not ask women to perform, prove or become something else. They follow the body naturally, with clean silhouettes, soft technical fabrics and an essential sense of balance.
