Hand-braided in Nialaya's Los Angeles studio using a traditional macrame technique, this piece is punctuated with an evil eye charm. The evil eye charm is made with stainless steel with a silver finish and turquoise enamel.

The evil eye talisman, also known as a nazar, is a symbol of protection believed to ward off the malevolent glare of jealousy and ill will. The belief is that the eye absorbs negative energy, keeping the wearer safe from harm.
