At ZD Zero Defects we are dedicated to creating garments that combine tradition, innovation and sustainability. Each piece we produce is born from pure raw materials of the highest quality, carefully selected to give rise to extraordinary fabrics. We use natural, soft and comfortable fabrics such as Egyptian cotton, organic cotton, soy yarn or modal, which we transform into unique products through a perfect balance between manual labor and advanced technology. We have carried out our production process entirely in our factory in Barcelona since 1920. Our handcrafted tailoring reflects the know-how of decades of experience, where each garment is designed and produced to offer maximum comfort and durability.
