My longtime love for jewelry became a career when I began to wholesale bridge jewelry from Italy in 1989. In the summer of 2010, my desire to have more control over the designs led me to delve further into the industry with Lori Kaplan Jewelry Design. Finally the BFA from Moore College of Art is put to work with colorful designs exhibiting unexpected shapes and textures. I do it all from design to creation to final photography.

Colorful stones are the focus of my line and influence the designs. Many of my pieces feature semi-precious and precious gems. Classic, sophisticated yet understated jewelry is crafted from precious metals including 22K gold, 18K gold and sterling silver, 18K gold vermeil and 14K gold fill. I also offers limited edition pieces and one-of-a-kind creations.
