A: Wolf & Badger is a global curated marketplace for independent brands. Launched in 2009, with stores in London and New York, Wolf & Badger is the leading destination for emerging design brands, offering womenswear, menswear, jewellery, accessories, homeware, beauty and grooming products.

Q: What is so special about the brands and products available through Wolf & Badger?
A: All collections available online have been through a rigorous selection process and are currently sold through our award-winning stores. We guarantee that they have all been through this selection process before being sold online so as to ensure they are independent, cutting-edge in design and of the highest manufacturing quality. Q: Do you have any physical stores?
Q: Do the brands you sell produce their collections in factories in less developed countries?
A: Most manufacturing of items sold through Wolf & Badger is done in the UK or Europe by the designer themselves or under their close supervision. If not, we encourage our designers to only use local artisans from the country of origin and using traditional methods.
Q: Do you sell fur?
A: No! We will never sell exotic animal skins, fur or anything else unethical. This means that although we sell some animal hides such as cow and lamb, we only sell skins where they are a by-product of the meat industry. We will never sell a product where an animal has been killed for its skin alone.

Q: Where do you deliver and how much does it cost?
A: We ship orders worldwide! See our Delivery page for more information. The cost of shipping will depend on where the product is coming from (our designers are based globally, from USA to Italy, and everywhere in between).
Q: Will I be charged customs and import duties?
A: We include the cost of all duties and taxes in your order, so you won't need to pay any additional fees if you are located in any of the following countries:
UK, USA, Australia, Canada, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Italy, Ireland, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden.
If you are ordering from outside the destinations listed above, the price you pay to Wolf & Badger will exclude all relevant duties and taxes. As the recipient of the order, you will need to pay any import duties and taxes directly to the carrier to release your order from customs. We are unable to advise on the exact amount, and recommend you contact your local customs office/tax authority before placing an order.
Q: Can my order be shipped to a work address?
A: Yes! Just add the correct address at checkout.
Q: I want to see products with a fast delivery time.
Q: I ordered two items from you - why am I receiving two separate parcels?
A: Our designers send their products to you directly, which means faster shipping times, and if you’ve ordered from multiple brands, you will receive separate packages from each.
Q: I’ve ordered items from multiple brands, will I have to pay for multiple shipping costs?
A: Yes. We work with designers from all over the world, so items are often being sent from very different locations, incurring multiple shipping costs!
Q: I ordered two items from you - why have I been charged twice for delivery?
A: Our designers ship their products to you directly, meaning multiple shipping costs are incurred. Our brands are all small, independent businesses and you are supporting them with every purchase!
Q: Do I need to sign for my order?
A: Yes - for security reasons all deliveries require a signature. You can have your order delivered to a work address such as an office, just update the delivery address during checkout.
Q: Can I collect my order from one of your stores?
A: Yes - just select this option at checkout. You can return your order in store there and then for a full refund if the item doesn't fit or if you just change your mind!
Q: How can I return my order if I change my mind?
A: To return your order please visit our returns portal here within 14 days of receiving your order for a full refund. You can drop your return off at any DHL location, or you can arrange a DHL courier collection from your home. For more information, please visit our Returns page. You can also of course return your order to one of our stores in London or New York. All returns are FREE!
Q: How can I exchange my order?
A: Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges. If you would like to exchange sizes, you'll need to place a new order for the size that you need and return your original order, as we're unable to put stock on hold.
Q: My order hasn’t arrived, can you help?
A: Once your item has been dispatched from the independent designer you will receive an email with a tracking number which you can use to find out the status of your delivery. If you didn’t receive an email or you would like any help just Contact Us. Please note our delivery timeframe from dispatch is 3-5 working days.
Q: Will I have to make multiple payments for every item I want?
A: No, you will only need to make a single payment no matter how many products you order - we provide a secure single payment process to make it easier for you to shop with us.
Q: What payment options do you offer and can I pay in my own currency?
A: You can pay using Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Apple Pay, Discover, Cartes Bancaires, China Union Pay or Japan Credit Bureau, PayPal or if you’re in the UK or US, Klarna. We accept payment in £GBP, $EUR, $USD and $AUD so that you know exactly what you are paying. You can toggle your preferred currency in the navigation bar at the top of the page.
Q: How does instalment payments work with Klarna if I’m in the UK?
A: If you select Klarna as your payment method at checkout you will pay the cost of your order in three equal instalments allowing you to spread the cost of your purchase over time. Enter the credit or debit card details of your choice and make automatic payments every 30 days. Your first instalment will be collected when your order is confirmed and instalments 2 and 3 are scheduled 30 and 60 days later, respectively. Please note the minimum spend for this payment type is £35. Review your latest purchases and pay any open balances by logging into your Klarna account at https://app.klarna.com/login.
Q: How does instalment payments work with Klarna if I’m in the US?
A: If you select Klarna as your payment method at checkout you will pay the cost of your order in four equal instalments allowing you to spread the cost of your purchase over time. Q: Can I pay over the phone?
A: Unfortunately we're unable to take payment over the phone.
Q: I’ve spotted a product cheaper somewhere else - what can you do about it?
A: If the product is cheaper on the brand's own website, or via one of their direct sales channels, please Contact Us and we will match the price for you! Please note we're unable to offer a price match for products sold through independent retailers, or being shipped internationally.
Q: Who am I buying from?
A: Wolf & Badger acts as agent to each designer only - you, the customer, are purchasing any item directly from the designer.

Q: What should I do if the item I have just received is faulty or damaged?
A: In the unlikely event that an item is faulty or damaged when you receive it, please inform our Customer Service team within 14 days from the date you received it, via email to [email protected]. Please include a photo and description of the fault and we will arrange a return for a refund or replacement for you.
