Marté

Marté is a female-founded, UK-based company dedicated to creating beautiful sneakers using sustainably certified nappa leather uppers. We make in small batches in Aragon, Spain in an artisan factory with a dedicated team of skilled craftsmen. We do not use any heavy metals in our production to protect delicate water courses and we always use recycled packaging and sustainably sourced organic cotton for our dust bags. Each pair of Marte's is instantly recognisable by its stunning unique embroidered wings. Marte is about beautiful footwear with Provenance and we believe a company can be transparent and accountable, and can grow with our customers through the shared values of integrity, transparency, quality and of course- the appreciation of the beautiful.
