  • We will arrange a courier collection via DHL (or UPS for domestic US shipments).

Returns policy

  • You must request a return within 14 days of receiving your order
  • All returns are FREE worldwide
  • We will arrange a tracked courier collection for you via DHL
  • You need to contact us to authorise your return. Returns without an RMA (return merchandise authorisation) number will not be accepted.
  • All items must be sent back to our designers in the original packaging provided
  • Where provided, any branded packaging such as dust bags, jewelry boxes and clothing tags should be included in your return.
  • Footwear should be returned unmarked, unworn and in the original and undamaged packaging.
  • Briefs, swimming costumes and bikini bottoms should be tried on over underwear, and the strip should not be removed
  • Items must not be soiled
  • You cannot return items that have been made to order or customised for you
  • Accepted returns will be credited to the original payment method
  • Original shipping charges will not be refunded

How to return something

  1. Contact us by email at support@wolfandbadger.com or call us on +44 (0)20 7229 4848 (UK number) or +1 (646) 934 6601  (US number) and we will give you your RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
  2. Let us know a suitable time for a collection and we will book a pick-up for you via DHL/UPS at your convenience, Monday - Friday only
  3. You’ll get an email with your RMA number as well as a DHL/UPS waybill which you will need to print out.
  4. Enter your RMA number on the return form received with your order, listing the item(s) you want to return. Please provide a reason where possible.
  5. Pack your item(s) securely in the original materials, including the returns form you received from the designer inside the package
  6. Once the designer has received back the returned item(s) and marked the return as ‘accepted’, a refund will be issued to your original payment method or an exchange will be arranged as required. Please note refunds to credit/debit card can take up to 5 working days.
