Hand-dyed, 100% mulberry silk. First wash: rinse alone in cool water with a silk-friendly detergent, as natural dyes settle on the first wash. Do not soak or wring. Founder Tran Rex, a Vietnamese artisan and mother based in the UK, learned silk dyeing and hand embroidery through her family, and works today with master weavers using techniques unchanged for generations: traditional looms, small-batch natural dyeing, silk dried in the open air on bamboo frames.
