That said, as we want your jewelry to remain as untarnished as possible we suggest washing gently with mild soapy water and dry with a soft polishing cloth immediately to avoid water mineral residue affecting the jewelry. Strictly refrain from using chemicals on items. Avoid using clothes that are intended for use on uncoated silver.

Avoid ultrasonic cleaners, and abrasive materials i.e., ammonia-based products. You should not use silver dips to remove oxidation as it will damage the vermeil.
