That said, as we want your jewelry to remain as untarnished as possible we suggest washing gently with mild soapy water and dry with a soft polishing cloth immediately to avoid water mineral residue affecting the jewelry. Strictly refrain from using chemicals on rhodium-plated items. Avoid using clothes intended for use on uncoated silver.

Avoid ultrasonic cleaners, and abrasive materials i.e., ammonia-based products. It is recommended you do not use silver dips for removing oxidation as it will damage the rhodium plating.
