To store a felt hat, keep it in a dry place away from direct light—preferably in a box or pillowcase. Place it on its crown to prevent it from losing its shape. If it gets wet, let it air dry away from direct heat sources to preserve its shape and structure.

Extended returns for the holidays: order between November 1 and December 20 and you have until January 11, 2027 to send your return. Returns started within 14 days of delivery are refunded as usual; after that, you’ll get account credit.
