Silk & Steel Jewellery is a New Zealand brand that celebrates relaxed luxury. With a mix of traditional elements and the pairing of opposites, Silk & Steel creates instantly wearable, contemporary pieces to style and layer with confidence. Founder and Creative Director, Sarah Cotterall, grew up surrounded by arts and culture in London, England, where her desire for jewellery and passion for contemporary design took hold. Design and production takes place in New Zealand and also in Jaipur, India (for the fine jewellery collections) where every stone is ethically hand cut and faceted by artisans to specification. Sarah’s unique and unconventional approach to sustainable designs has led to a diverse celebrity following, including Ellie Goulding, Gin Wigmore, Hollie Smith and Rachel Hunter.
