Approximately 40 faceted 2mm gemstones in all shades of blue through purple, jostle for space, each held in a delicate gold wire collet.
They hang from an upside down tear drop of blue quartz, also in a gold collet.
The metal is recycled .925 sterling silver and they are covered in one micron of recycled 18k gold vermeil. As the only place the gold touches your ear is behind the stud, the gold will last a very long time.

To clean wash gently in warm water and pat dry.
