This cotton mid-length dress has puff sleeves, features a double-breasted v-neck, short sleeves with gathered cuffs, a fitted waist, and a flared tiered skirt with a ruffled hem.
Removable waist belt makes it easy to have an exact fit on the waistline. The dress features a ruffle collar on the V-neck that runs down to the waist.
