Sabs Katz (she/her) is a Brooklyn-based creative, a cofounder of the climate justice nonprofit Intersectional Environmentalist, and the creator behind Sustainable Sabs, a platform for intentional and holistic living through the mediums of slow fashion, veganism, low waste living, and wellness.
