This Blossom Scrunchie is made from a beautiful cow print satin. Heat-cut by hand, each one is Made in New York City. This 2-layered hair accessory is not meant to function as a normal hair tie as it is not meant to be twisted. Wear it on top of your ponytail or bun and get ready for the compliments to pour in!
Soak in cold water with mild detergent or spot clean. Air dry.
