I’m hoping to speak to one of your colleagues today, with regard to the unwanted return of my money. Instead I merely wish to replace the three pairs of swimming shorts, in a medium size - which you sent originally- for the exact same shorts but in three ‘large’ sizes ? In addition, I will be ordering a fourth pair. I would be most grateful if the replacement/like-for-like items could be organised, please? Please let me know that this can be arranged, either by email, or by phone.
